ENGAGE 2025 is CentralSquare’s annual user conference, and it was designed for you – your needs and desires. We wouldn’t be here without our customers, so this conference is a small thank you.

ENGAGE 2025 is “where ideas glow.” More than this year’s theme, it’s what we expect to happen. We’ve planned an inspirational keynote, an exciting customer party, and hands-on training for users at all levels. Through these sessions and networking opportunities, we expect ENGAGE 2025 to light a fire inside you. We want it to equip you with knowledge, connect you with peers, and refresh you with fun.

Our goal? When you leave to go home, you’re prepared and excited to implement everything you learned. Keep reading to learn how this year’s conference is bigger and better than last year.

1. Centerline AI

At this year’s ENGAGE conference, you’ll be able to see Centerline AI in action. Discover firsthand how our new, AI-powered platform is revolutionizing law enforcement. If you’re in public administration, we have some exciting product updates for you as well.

2. Hands-On Training

The ENGAGE 2025 agenda is packed with a variety of training sessions so you can get the most out of your CentralSquare products. We will have product training for every level of user, including new and improved courses based on user feedback from last year’s conference. Some sessions will even be led by other users, so you can learn how your peers maximize their use of different tools.

3. Networking

The ENGAGE conference is an opportunity to connect with public safety and public administration peers across the country. You can schedule peer-to-peer meetings, nominate your peers for awards and participate in the ENGAGE Open.

The ENGAGE Open is our second annual golf tournament. It’s also a great way to kick off the conference and start connecting with others. The tournament will be held on Sunday, April 27th. The $99 registration fee includes round-trip transportation from the Gaylord Palms, greens fees, golf carts, practice balls, GPS, breakfast and lunch. You can get rental clubs at an additional fee.

The ENGAGE Awards acknowledge leaders in the public sector. They recognize CentralSquare customers for best practices, successes and achievements over the past year – and you have a say! Nominate your peers, or even yourself, to win an award and VIP experience at ENGAGE 2025.

4. Keynote Speaker

Could you and your agency use a dose of inspiration? Learn how innovative thinking can transform your organizational culture – from the man who pioneered The Innovation Process at Disney. Our keynote speaker, Duncan Wardle, brings infectious energy, playful collaboration and hard-earned insights into every presentation.

With 25+ years of Disney experience, most recently as Head of Innovation & Creativity, Duncan will teach you how to build a culture of innovation and creativity in your organization. His presentation will include colorful Disney anecdotes (that you won’t hear anywhere else!) and creative techniques to develop big, innovative ideas.

5. Customer Celebrations

You work hard year in and year out. So ENGAGE 2025 isn’t just about learning and networking, it’s also about having fun. This year we’re turning up the party vibes with a Welcome Reception and improved Customer Celebration.

The Welcome Reception on Sunday night is the perfect way to start the conference. With a tropical paradise theme, it’s an opportunity to settle in and relax. Play some lawn games, enjoy light bites, and gear up for an exciting conference.

You can look forward to our Customer Celebration on Tuesday night. Called Retro Rewind, this party will be bigger and better than last year. Enjoy a live band, food and drinks, arcade games, airbrush tattoos, and neon…lots of neon.
